About the Role A key role within the Administration function, responsible for managing day-to-day office administration and front desk operations to ensure a smooth and professional workplace environment. As the first point of contact, the role plays a critical part in delivering a positive workplace experience while independently managing front desk activities and supporting core administrative processes. This position offers valuable exposure to corporate operations and provides an opportunity to build strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills in a dynamic working environment. Front Desk Management . Act as the first point of contact, delivering a professional and positive workplace experience to visitors and employees . Own and manage day-to-day front desk operations, including handling enquiries and directing requests appropriately .
