Job Description
The Sales & Business Development Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding business opportunities across Hjh Maimunah’s restaurants, retail outlets, catering services, and retail products. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, building strategic partnerships, increasing outlet traffic, developing corporate accounts, and identifying opportunities to grow the business. Key Responsibilities * Generate new business opportunities and corporate accounts. * Increase sales and customer traffic for restaurants and retail outlets. * Promote catering services, festive packages, and retail products. * Build relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, event organizers, and community partners. * Develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand awareness and revenue. * Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams on promotions and growth initiatives. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. * Achieve sales targets and support business expansion plans. Requirements * Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. * 2–5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in F&B, catering, hospitality, or retail. * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Results-driven with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. Key Objective To drive sales growth, strengthen the Hjh Maimunah brand, increase customer traffic across outlets, and develop new revenue streams through business development, partnerships, and customer acquisition.
