Our client, an international e-commerce company with a strong presence in the USA, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Logistics Specialist to oversee end-to-end supply chain and inventory operations. This full-time remote role combines freight management, Amazon FBA coordination, inventory forecasting, and reverse logistics to ensure smooth operations across all sales channels. The brand is committed to creating elevated, practical experiences for pets and their people—and is looking for an Inventory & Logistics Specialist to help scale that mission by ensuring seamless product flow from factory to customer. Key Responsibilities: Freight & Supply Chain Management Manage end-to-end order placement with factories and track order progress through to completion. Request, negotiate, and select the best quotes from freight forwarders, determining the optimal type of sea freight for each specific situation. Design ideal loading configurations for shipping containers based on product dimensions to maximize space and reduce shipping costs. Oversee the loading process through active communication with factories and freight partners. Track all global shipments, proactively flagging and mitigating any potential delays. Amazon FBA & E-commerce Operations Create and manage Amazon Shipments, utilizing software solutions (e.g., 9Yards and similar simulation tools) to run multiple simulations and target the most cost-effective Amazon warehouses.
