Financial Controller / Head of Finance Salary: $6,000 - $10,000 + Performance Bonus Location: Golden Mile Tower Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm Key Responsibilities SGX Compliance & Financial Reporting Lead all financial reporting activities in compliance with SGX Catalist requirements and accounting standards. Oversee preparation and submission of quarterly and annual financial reports. Ensure timely regulatory disclosures and announcements. Manage relationships with SGX sponsors, auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities. Oversee corporate tax compliance, GST matters, and statutory reporting requirements. Financial Governance & Risk Management Strengthen internal controls, corporate governance, and risk management frameworks. Lead internal and external audit processes. Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Review key financial contracts and commercial agreements. Treasury & Cash Flow Management Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity management. Optimize working capital and financial resources. Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, and debt facilities. Support funding and capital management initiatives. Business Performance & Financial Strategy Develop financial KPIs and performance monitoring frameworks. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable business insights. Support management with strategic recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Systems & Process Improvement Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP and process enhancement projects. Drive automation and reporting improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy. Strategic Business Partnering Partner with the CEO and Board on corporate strategy and business planning.
