Field Application Engineer Salary: $3,800 - $4,600 + Performance Bonus + Claims Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm Location: Tai Seng Key Responsibilities Drive design-in activities and promote semiconductor solutions to customers. Identify and develop new demand-creation opportunities within assigned accounts. Collaborate closely with global suppliers and principals on technical promotion initiatives. Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and application guidance to customers. Assist customers in the design and implementation of MCU, Analog, and Power solutions. Conduct product presentations, technical workshops, and training sessions. Support customers throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to production. Build strong technical relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering. 1–2 years of relevant experience within the electronics or semiconductor industry. Knowledge or hands-on experience in: Microcontrollers (MCU) and Analog circuits Power management solutions Team player with a passion for technology and innovation. Willingness to travel within ASEAN countries when required.
