More information on https://bigtop.com.sg Qualifications & experience Have more than 1 year of experience in event coordinating Able to work with Teams/Vendors to execute successful events Assist in coordinating, set up and teardown of events Communicate with client through call, whatsapp, email and on-site Diploma/degree in events, hospitality, or related field (preferred) Tasks & responsibilities Access platforms such as gebiz and tenderboard to bid for projects Handling enquiries for event planning & equipment rental Work with designer & event coordinator to coordinate vendors, manpower, delivery for events Assist in pre-planning, setup / teardown and onsite event management Work in a team to run the event smoothly Manage costs and maximise profits Inject fresh ideas to make every event unique Source for and liaise with vendors and suppliers Servicing existing and new clients Ad-hoc duties as assigned Working Hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm 39 woodlands close, MEGA@woodlands, #05-66 Singapore 737856
