Position Overview Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Digital Strategy Consultant / Business Analyst / Journey Expert to serve as the connective tissue between business intent and technical delivery across AEP powered programs. This role translates business goals into actionable use cases, measurement plans, and requirements that directly inform Adobe Experience Platform configuration and activation. You will partner closely with marketing, product, data, and engineering teams to ensure every customer journey is clearly defined, measurable, and ready for execution. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Journey Definition Translate business priorities into journey maps, epics, and actionable digital use cases across B2C and/or B2B customer lifecycles. Define measurable KPIs, success metrics, and value frameworks that guide program decisions and implementation. Partner with business stakeholders to articulate goals, identify opportunity areas, and prioritize activation use cases. Requirements & Documentation Develop detailed requirement documents, business rules, acceptance criteria, and operational workflows for AEP, AJO, and RTCDP use cases. Document segmentation logic, audience frameworks, messaging triggers, and data dependencies. Create measurement plans and reporting requirements that align with Adobe Analytics/CJA outputs. Map business needs to platform features (AEP Real-Time CDP, AJO, CJA, AEM Assets, Marketo, Workfront). Cross-Functional Program Support Work with data, engineering, and architecture teams to validate feasibility, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment across execution tracks. Support backlog management with user stories and refinement for multi-solution Adobe programs. Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and journey design sessions with client teams.
