Primary Duties and Responsibilities Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process Plan, schedule, direct and execute production activities Communicate production progress with customers throughout the process Develop cost-effective measures to achieve exceptional business practices Adapt to changes in the market and respond to customer demands Maintain current product knowledge and industry trends Implement and maintain company directives and policies Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working as a production coordinator in the home improvement/renovation or restoration industry preferred Strong understanding of residential building standards Working knowledge of technical software Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High regard for quality assurance and customer service Strong organizational and time-management skills At Safe Step Walk-In Tub C
