Leadership exposure Exponential growth About Our Client The hiring company is a a structured leasing and asset financing platform focused on enabling corporates to unlock growth capital through innovative operating lease and lease rental discounting (LRD) solutions. We work closely with corporates, OEMs, and financial institutions to structure customized CapEx financing solutions across sectors. Job Description Originate and drive new business opportunities across Mid and Large Corporates Build and manage long-term relationships with CFOs, Treasury Heads, and senior finance stakeholders Source structured financing, operating lease, and asset-backed transaction opportunities Work closely with internal credit, legal, and operations teams for transaction execution Understand client funding requirements and propose appropriate financing / leasing structures Drive end-to-end deal lifecycle from origination to closure Develop strategic relationships with banks, NBFCs, OEMs, and ecosystem participants Track market opportunities and competitor activity within structured finance and leasing space Support expansion of Capexo's corporate client network and institutional relationships The Successful Applicant 5-10 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Structured Finance, Leasing, or NBFC sales roles Strong relationship network with CFOs, Treasury teams, and finance decision-makers in Mid and Large Corporates Experience in sourcing and managing large-ticket corporate financing relationships Strong understanding of corporate credit and structured transaction discussions Prior exposure to Operating Lease / Lease Rental Discounting / Sale & Leaseback transactions will be an added advantage Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capability, and relationship management skills Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a high-growth environment What's on Offer Exponential Growth and Leadership role
