The firm has over 330 employees and is headquartered in Miami with offices in Abu Dhabi, London, Munich, New Delhi, São Paulo, Singapore, Sydney, and Taipei. Job Description Initiate and manage quarterly data collection requests from ISQ portfolio companies and track completion status. * Maintain and update data collection templates, central trackers (Financing, Deal Fees, Portfolio Company Transactions, Insurance Policies, MIP Benchmarking, Operating Advisors), and data warehouse records. * Prepare reconciliations and review data uploads for completeness and accuracy. * Conduct research and benchmarking to support value creation opportunities identified by the Asset Management team. * Track value creation opportunities and benefits realized across ISQ's portfolio on a monthly basis. * Update project trackers and report on overdue tasks as part of the portfolio PMO function. * Prepare first drafts of monthly DAT decks and monthly/quarterly portfolio reports from the data warehouse. * Collect data inputs for and update quarterly valuation models; update valuation memos and LP reports. * Manage DAT and board meeting calendar logistics, ensuring timely distribution of materials. * Attend DAT meetings, take notes, and track follow-up actions. * Coordinate visits by LPs and co-investors to portfolio project sites. * Manage the insurance document database and gather insurance information for renewal processes. The Successful Applicant 3-6 years of experience in asset management, private equity, infrastructure investing, or financial analysis. * Strong Excel skills including financial modeling and data analysis; PowerPoint proficiency required. * Prior experience with data warehouse administration, portfolio reporting, or PMO functions preferred. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * University degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field required. * CFA Level I or above preferred.
