EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as one of the largest mining pools in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including mining solutions, payment infrastructure, digital asset products, and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions. We are looking for a hands-on and highly analytical Head of Growth to lead scalable acquisition. This role combines growth strategy, paid acquisition, organic growth, regional expansion, and event-driven pipeline development. The ideal candidate has strong experience in crypto, fintech, payments, trading, Web3 , or a similar digital product environment and understands how to build acquisition systems in markets where standard growth playbooks do not always work. This is not a brand marketing or purely strategic role. We are looking for someone who can work with data, channels, agencies, and teams directly — and turn marketing activity into measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and improve acquisition strategy across multiple Business Units. Build and manage channel strategy across paid, organic, regional, and event-driven acquisition. Lead paid acquisition and performance marketing initiatives, with a focus on CAC, activation, payback, channel efficiency, and scalable growth. Audit existing acquisition channels and identify opportunities to improve performance. Manage, evaluate, and optimize external agencies, vendors, and performance partners. Define the right paid vs organic acquisition mix by product, market, and business priority. Support organic growth across SEO, GEO, content distribution, website traffic, and AI-driven discovery channels. Work with regional marketing teams to support growth in priority markets.
