Location: Tampines 1 \Working Hours : (Shopping Mall Retail Hours) Mon - Fri: 9.30am - 7.30pm Sat & Sun: 9.30am - 6.30pm or 1.00pm - 10pm (shift) 5 days work week - 2 days off on weekdays • Delivered front-line customer service in a showroom environment, ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience. • Represented the brand professionally through service quality, communication, and showroom presentation standards. • Engaged customers, understood needs, and captured leads for follow-up via CRM systems. • Supported showroom operations including customer handling, basic administration, and inventory management. • Assisted in marketing activities, social media content creation, and promotional events. • Collected customer feedback and supported continuous improvement of service and experience quality.
