Practice Area Opportunities Successful candidates may be assigned to support lawyers in one of the following practice areas , depending on experience and business needs: Personal Injury & Property Damage (PIPD) Road traffic accident claims Workplace accident claims Public liability matters Insurance-related disputes OR General Disputes Practice Civil litigation Criminal law matters Family law matters Candidates with experience in either practice area are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Support lawyers in the management and conduct of litigation matters from inception to resolution Prepare, review, and organise legal documents, correspondence, court filings, and supporting records Monitor court timelines, hearing dates, filing deadlines, and procedural requirements Liaise with clients, courts, opposing counsel, insurers, government agencies, experts, and other stakeholders Conduct legal and factual research, preparing case summaries, chronologies, and briefing materials Review, organise, and manage documentary evidence, reports, records, and supporting materials Assist in the preparation of hearings, mediations, pre-trial conferences, assessments, and trials Maintain accurate physical and electronic case files while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures Requirements Prior experience as a Paralegal, Legal Executive, Legal Secretary, or in a litigation support role will be advantageous Candidates with internships, attachments, or academic qualifications in Law, Legal Studies, or related disciplines are welcome to apply Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines, and competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail Additional Information Exposure to a broad range of contentious matters across different practice areas Opportunity to work closely with lawyers throughout the lifecycle of a case Suitable for candidates who thrive in a deadline-driven
