Job Description Summary: ModMed is seeking a Senior Corporate Governance and M&A Paralegal to support the company’s corporate governance, entity management, IPO readiness, and strategic transaction activities. The role partners closely with Legal leadership, Executive leadership, Finance, Tax, HR, and external counsel to manage board and committee processes, maintain corporate records, support M&A and financing activities, and help prepare the organization for future public company requirements. Your Role: Manage corporate governance activities including preparation and maintenance of board and committee materials, resolutions, consents, meeting agendas, minutes, and corporate records. Coordinate board meeting logistics and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and organizational policies. Support IPO readiness initi
