Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services. Collaborate with the service team to identify additional sales opportunities through service excellence. Capable of handling repetitive duties efficiently; possesses excellent communication and organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative, upbeat approach to work.
