Purchasing Executive — Electronics Manufacturing We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to manage the full procurement cycle for an electronics manufacturing operation. The role covers supplier sourcing, price negotiation, purchase order management, inventory planning, cost control, supplier coordination, and on-time delivery support. The ideal candidate should be commercially aware, organised, analytical, and able to work closely with suppliers, production, finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure materials are purchased efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Supplier Negotiation Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers to support production and business requirements. Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms with suppliers. Identify cost-saving opportunities and support procurement cost-reduction initiatives. Provide guidance on sourcing, supplier selection, and procurement processes. Purchasing & Supplier Management Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from supplier selection to purchase order issuance and delivery follow-up. Issue purchase orders accurately and ensure timely communication with suppliers. Follow up on order confirmations, delivery schedules, shortages, and supplier commitments. Resolve supplier-related issues, including pricing discrepancies, delivery delays, quality concerns, and documentation gaps. Maintain strong supplier relationships while protecting the company’s commercial interests. Inventory & Forecasting Monitor inventory levels to ensure material availability for production. Work with internal teams to forecast purchasing needs based on production plans, demand changes, and stock movement. Support stock optimisation to reduce excess inventory, shortages, and urgent purchasing risks. Coordinate with warehouse, production, and planning teams to ensure smooth material flow. Cost Control
