About this company/job : Singapore-based construction company involved in civil engineering and building-related projects. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a responsible and hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance and upkeep of our company premises, which includes office space, F&B area and workers’ dormitory facilities. Job Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's office, warehouse, and dormitory facilities. Conduct routine inspections to ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and in good working condition. Coordinate and supervise repair and maintenance works, liaising with contractors and service vendors when required. Manage company dormitory matters, including room allocation, upkeep, housekeeping arrangements, and resolving residents' issues. Monitor facility-related inventories and ensure timely procurement of maintenance supplies. Handle basic administrative tasks such as maintaining maintenance records, service schedules, and facility documentation. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, cleanliness, and company regulations across all facilities. Support ad-hoc facility and administrative duties assigned by management. Job Requirements: Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Estate Management or related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, dormitory management, property management or estate operations. Experience managing mixed-use buildings, workers’ dormitory, commercial units, office premises or construction-related facilities will be an advantage. Familiar with basic building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, lighting, water leakage, pest control, waste disposal and general repair works . Able to coordinate with cleaners, contractors, vendors, tenants, workers and management . Knowledge of workplace safety, dormitory rule
