ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to own and elevate Filevine 's motion design craft from brand campaigns and product launches to social content and executive presentations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a designer who thinks in motion and leads with creative vision. You'll work closely with brand designers, video producers, content strategists, and marketing leadership to shape how the Filevine brand moves. You'll also help maintain the standards and systems that keep our motion work cohesive, scalable, and unmistakably ours. What You'll Do Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, product explainer videos, social media, digital ads, event content, and executive presentations. Lead motion design projects from concept through final delivery, managing timelines, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and maintaining quality at every stage.
