Core Responsibilities: Collaborate directly with directors to execute and refine motion graphics projects Handle editing tasks including segment assembly, motion graphics, and light sound design Apply feedback from directors and stakeholders during revision cycles Lead discovery sessions with product, marketing, and content teams to define creative objectives Research trends, competitor visuals, and motion design benchmarks to inform creative development Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal stakeholders throughout projects Oversee junior designers or production artists, ensuring quality and timely delivery Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and animation sequences for campaigns, product launches, and social media content Must-Have Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or multimedia design Proven ability to lead creative discussions and present concepts Experience producing motion graphic assets from concept to final output, including typography, transitions, and visual effects Strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand consistency, and design fundamentals Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate creative decisions Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, production-ready animations Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative creative team Strong organizational and t
