Polaris Music Academy is looking for a committed and passionate Piano Teacher to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who enjoys teaching children, communicates well with parents, and is able to guide students with patience, structure, and encouragement. Responsibilities: Teach 1-to-1 piano lessons to children, teens, and beginner adults Plan and conduct engaging weekly lessons based on each student’s level and progress Build strong fundamentals in technique, rhythm, sight-reading, listening, and musical expression Track student progress and provide updates to parents Prepare students for exams, performances, recitals, or recreational learning where needed Maintain a positive, responsible, and professional teaching environment Support academy events or group programmes when required Requirements: Minimum diploma, certificate, or equivalent qualification in Piano, Music, Music Performance, Music Teaching, or similar Minimum 1 year of piano teaching experience Able to commit for at least 2 years Patient, responsible, and good with children Good communication skills with students and parents Able to work weekday evenings and/or weekends Work Permit holders are welcome to apply, subject to eligibility Benefits: Progressive pay structure: more students, higher pay Stated pay excludes bonuses and incentives Up to 8 weeks of paid leave Stable student allocation as the academy grows Supportive and structured teaching environment Opportunity to grow into a senior or principal teacher role Interested applicants may apply with your resume, teaching experience, and music qualifications.
