Job Summary We seek dedicated Piano Teachers passionate about guiding young learners through engaging, story-driven lessons that develop musical skills, confidence, and creativity in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Use storytelling techniques to create engaging piano, guitar, violin, or voice lessons that inspire student interest and retention Deliver the Curriculum interactively to develop students’ musical skills and foster a lifelong love of music Design and conduct lessons with personalized instruction and dynamic exercises to maintain student motivation and engagement Set clear, achievable performance goals to help students build confidence and reach musical milestones Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress and foster active partnerships in learning Organize recitals and showcase events to provide students with opportunities to perform and demonstrate their growth Participate in outreach events and roadshows to promote music education and attract new students Assess student progress using constructive feedback to celebrate achievements and encourage continuous improvement Create a positive, supportive learning environment that encourages student self-expression and musical creativity Attend ongoing training, workshops, and professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on music education trends Model enthusiasm, professionalism, and passion for teaching, incorporating personal style to inspire students
