Job Title Manufacturing Operations Manager Job Summary The Manufacturing Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, production planning, manpower coordination, quality control, process improvement, and operational efficiency. The role ensures that production activities are carried out safely, efficiently, on time, and in accordance with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Roles & Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure smooth production workflow and timely completion of work. Plan, organise, and monitor production schedules to meet customer orders, delivery timelines, and operational targets. Supervise production staff, assign duties, monitor work performance, and ensure proper manpower deployment. Coordinate with production, warehouse, quality assurance, procurement, and management teams to support operational efficiency. Ensure materials, equipment, tools, and manpower are available for production activities. Monitor production output, quality standards, wastage, downtime, and overall operational performance. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures, production guidelines, and workplace safety practices. Conduct regular checks on production processes to identify operational issues, delays, defects, or areas for improvement. Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure finished products meet approved specifications and customer requirements. Handle production-related issues, staff concerns, customer requirements, and operational challenges professionally. Review production reports, inventory records, work schedules, and operational documents for accuracy and compliance. Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, minimise wastage, and increase efficiency.
