*This position requires both native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency* This Position requires frequent business trip in Japan.As a member of the Japan Operations People eXperience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel - 2+ years of relevant experience in HR, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or related field - Experience communicating effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders - Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English proficiency (both written and verbal communication)
