As AI continues to reshape how organizations make decisions and execute work, the quality, structure, and freshness of knowledge assets - 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+) - Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written - Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage - Experience experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements - Experience leading organizational change initiatives across multiple locations - Experience designing, planning, and delivering content projects - Experience working in a matrixed environment, influencing strategy, and achieving goals by working across the organization
