Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, issuing offer letters. Maintain and track employee attendance, leaves, and holiday schedules across all sites using appropriate tools/systems. Provide data on attendance, new joinees, resignations/terminations to Payroll Service Provider on a timely and accurate basis for payroll processing Ensure compliance with all HR-related statutory obligations such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc. Handle employee grievances in a sensitive and professional manner and ensure timely resolution. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation as per legal standards. Support in employee engagement initiatives, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities. Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure safe custody of employee data and HR records. Ensure smooth daily office operations including maintenance, cleanliness, visitor handling, and staff coordination. Prepare and issue employee ID cards and manage uniforms procurement and distribution. Monitor and manage office consumables and stationery stock; ensure timely procurement and cost control. Coordinate domestic travel and accommodation arrangements for employees for official purposes. Handle office assets such as laptops, printers, phones, projectors, etc., including issue tracking, maintenance, and return procedures. Maintain an up-to-date asset register and ensure accountability and proper usage of company assets. Schedule and organize team meetings, office meetings, and training sessions including venue, logistics, refreshments, and minutes of meeting. Stay up to date with relevant labour laws and ensure all HR and admin functions comply with statutory regulations.
