Job Description
Provide administrative support for Adult Educators (AEs) and learners across all WSQ programmes. Manage service requests, including withdrawals, training or assessment rescheduling, reassessments, and deferments. Verify learner attendance records, review past module results, and process approvals of current module results within the training management system. Respond to and resolve enquiries received through the Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) within the stipulated service timeline. Ensure learner enrolment and attendance records are accurately captured and updated in a timely manner. Perform other ad hoc duties related to training administration as assigned. Requirements Tertiary qualification in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or related role. Strong attention to detail with a service-oriented mindset. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage non-routine and escalated cases professionally and effectively. Resourceful team player who is adaptable, open-minded, and committed to maintaining high service standards. Comfortable working in a fast-paced service and operations environment.
