Bookkeeper cum Administrative Assistant Job Summary Manage and maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions while supporting efficient office operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business processes. Responsibilities Maintain accurate accounting records and bookkeeping entries to support financial integrity Process invoices, payments, and receipts promptly to ensure timely financial transactions Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain an up-to-date financial status Perform bank reconciliations to verify and maintain accurate financial records Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting documents for accountants to facilitate audits and reviews Organise and manage filing, data entry, and general administrative duties to support office efficiency Coordinate communication and transactions with suppliers, customers, and service providers to maintain strong business relationships Support day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive work environment Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience to perform core financial tasks effectively Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting software to manage financial data efficiently Strong organisational and record-keeping skills to maintain accurate documentation Ability to work independently with responsibility and attention to detail Experience in a small business or SME environment to adapt to dynamic work settings Proficiency in written Chinese and conversational Mandarin and English to communicate with diverse clientele
