Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute dishes to the highest quality and presentation standards. Manage your assigned kitchen section efficiently and independently. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist in all areas of the kitchen when required. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Follow instructions from senior chefs while demonstrating leadership and initiative. Ensure consistency in food quality and guest dining experience. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining restaurant. Experience in Michelin-starred will be an advantage. Strong culinary and food preparation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Able to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
