Red Dot Penguins is hiring a friendly and proactive Guest Relations Officer who is committed to join us on a long-term basis. We have a few centres in Singapore, and if you are available to work a few hours during the weekends, WE WANT YOU! Requirements: Strong interest in customer service and relationship-building Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong command of spoken and written English Pleasant personality Friendly and approachable Reliable and committed individual Able to commit on Weekends, on a long-term / permanent basis At least 1 year of relevant experience Prior experience in the hospitality or customer service industry would be an added advantage Working location and hours: SAAC (nearest MRT: Siglap) Sat AM: 8.15am to 12.15pm Sat PM: 2.30pm to 6.30pm Sun PM: 1.45pm to 6.30pm There is a minimum of 32 hours on-the-job training.
