Position Summary: The Regional Financial Controller (RFC) serves as the technical, operational, and people leader for all accounting and transactional finance within the region. Reporting to the Regional Finance Director (RFD), this role owns the end-to-end accounting lifecycle — from general ledger integrity to accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, payroll accounting, and cash management — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability across approximately 8+ operating entities. Each region represents a significant portion of AIR Control Concepts ’ multi-billion dollar national enterprise, typically generating substantial annual revenue and EBITDA.
