ABOUT THE ROLE As a Commercial Lines Account Associate at Savvital , you will play a critical role in supporting a U.S.-based commercial insurance agency. This is a specialized position requiring prior hands-on experience handling commercial insurance policies, workflows, and account servicing. The ideal candidate must be completely bilingual in English and Spanish, possessing the professional communication skills necessary to interact with international teams, clients, and carriers. This role is highly suited for professionals based in Peru who have a solid understanding of the U.S. insurance landscape, exceptional organizational habits, and experience working with major insurance management systems. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Quoting & Submissions: Rating commercial insurance policies, building comprehensive carrier applications, and handling the quoting and requoting process to ensure optimal coverage options. ACORD Forms & Documentation: Completing, updating, and processing standard ACORD forms to prepare highly accurate policy documentation for carrier submissions. Policy Servicing & Updates: Managing the full lifecycle of policy servicing, including handling endorsements, processing policy updates, and issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
