Join our Sales Team as a Commercial Account Manager and help bridge the gap between SMB and Enterprise by growing mid-market customers into long-term, scalable partnerships. · Drive New ARR & ARR growth and expansion across your customer portfolio · Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and expand small deployments into broader platform usage · Lead demos, scoping, and workshops for more complex deals · Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders · Proactively manage customer needs and prevent churn · Turn customer inquiries into commercial opportunities · Apply value-selling and challenge customer assumptions to create urgency · Tailor solutions based on business needs, industry trends, and economic exposure · Convert single-use-case customers into multi-use-case adopters · Use partner networks to extend reach and generate pipeline · Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and SE teams for customer success · Represent TeamViewer at events and partner activities · Maintain strong knowledge of the full TeamViewer portfolio and competitive landscape · Stay updated on market trends and customer industry developme
