Job Description
Attend assigned hospital at least one hour prior to each surgery Ensure availability and accurate set-up of products and instruments Place accurate products in the operating room to avoid unnecessary exits during surgery Check sterilization and working order of Company's products before surgery Follow assigned hospital's scrub policy for surgical preparation Count and document instruments and materials before and after surgery Understand accurate handling and use of all Company's products and instruments Clean and organize Company's instruments after each use, ensuring accurate return to logistics partner Inspect instruments and returned products for damage and report promptly Complete UID form with confirmed pricing for billing purposes Report on surgeon and hospital's usage of products Provide feedback on products and competitors Act responsibly to ensure personal and company safety Aligning with workplace safety, health, and security policy Perform any other duties assigned within the role as needed Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the operating room (OT).
