Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned retail partners Ensure consistent account performance and partner satisfaction Sales Growth Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets Drive upselling and cross-selling of product portfolio Channel Development Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand market reach Retail Execution Work closely with marketing and product teams on in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches Forecasting & Reporting Track sales performance and trends Provide accurate forecasts and management reporting Training & Support Train retail partners and store staff on product features and selling points Market Analysis Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences Recommend actionable strategies based on insights Requirements: Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in retail channel sales , preferably in consumer electronics, IT peripherals, or related industries Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into actionable plans Self-driven with strong organisational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM and data tools (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage Interested applicants for the above advertised position(s), please kindly email an updated copy of your resume to: gs1@talenttradersg.com EA License No.: 13C6305 Reg.
