We are seeking a Business Strategy Lead to serve as a strategic partner and force multiplier to the Healthcare & Alliance Leader for Canada Public Sector. This role is the strategic and operational pillar - Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship - Experience converting insights into strategy and communicating complex ideas clearly and logically in written communication - Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses, or experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making - Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities - Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities - 7+ years of sales, business or corporate strategy experience - Experience consulting with senior leadership and executives in a fast-paced environment - Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
