Job Description
Support the design and delivery of Total Rewards CoE solutions across markets. Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking, job evaluations, incentive calculations, and benefits program updates. Assist in annual reward review cycles, including system, data, and process execution. Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver standardized yet locally relevant processes. Manage and execute Total Rewards activities independently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Handle employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and reward policies. Partner with regional Rewards and People teams to ensure effective CoE solution delivery. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align processes and resolve escalated queries. Align Total Rewards processes with business priorities and local market needs. Identify and implement process improvements based on insights, best practices, and stakeholder feedback.
