Job Title: Change & Release Coordinator Monthly Salary: $6,800 – $8,800 SGD Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Roles & Responsibilities Chair and facilitate CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings Validate change requests for completeness, risk assessment, and impact analysis Coordinate release windows across multiple teams and systems Enforce change freeze periods and manage emergency change requests Maintain change schedule and communicate upcoming changes to stakeholders Coordinate deployment activities including scheduling, resources, and rollback plans Track release packages through development, testing, and production environments Ensure proper documentation of change and release activities Generate change and release metrics for management reporting Continuously improve change and release management processes Conduct post-implementation reviews for major changes Maintain change management policy and procedure documentation Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification preferred Experience with ServiceNow change management module Strong understanding of change management best practices Excellent organizational and coordination skills Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills Experience with release management in Agile environments Singaporeans and PRs are encouraged to apply.
