Basic information: Basic up to $3000 Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm Location: Ubi Job Description: Support daily logistics and warehouse operations, including shipment coordination and order processing. Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and related shipping documentation. Monitor customer orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery fulfilment. Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams on shipment schedules and updates. Perform picking, packing, receiving, checking, and storage of inventory items. Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and resolution of stock discrepancies. Follow up on shipment and delivery status to ensure smooth order completion. Maintain efficient warehouse operations and support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
