Job Responsibilities : Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing,payment , and following up on outstanding payments. Provide administrative support to accounting team, includingrecord keeping, data entry and document management. Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of accountingdocuments. Enter financial transactions accurately into accounting systems. Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closingactivities. Requirements: Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or anequivalent qualification. Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in an accounts administrationor similar role. Candidates with invoicing and billing experience willbe an added advantage. Detail-oriented with good organizational and time managementskills. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently. A team player with a positive working attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel. Able to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks in afast-paced environment. To qualify for the role you must have: Diploma in Accountancy/Taxation/Business related discipline, or equivalent qualification. ISCA & ACCA member certified is preferred and a plus. At least 2 years of experience in accounting & finance; Excellent problem solving skills. Strong understanding of accounting principles; Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency; Expertise in time management, and the ability to adapt to change under pressure. Highly collaborative approach to work. Experience with Formal Accounting Software such as XERO
