Job Description
JOBS DESCRIPTION: Create and process purchase order (PO's) Follow up pending order and deliveries. Contact suppliers for quotation, orders and delivery updates. Check and file Purchasing documents and delivery orders. Maintain suppliers database and documentation. Monitor stock levels and inform the team when replenishment in needed. Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks. JOBS REQUIREMENTS: Minimum NITEC. At least 2 years of admin/purchasing experience. Good attention to details and organizational and coordination. Able to work in a fast paced environment.
