Position Summary We are seeking a high-impact Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across a broad portfolio of U.S.-based roles, including technical, client-facing, and SG&A positions. This role partners closely with hiring leaders to translate business priorities into targeted recruiting strategies, build high-caliber talent pipelines, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes with speed, rigor, and consistency. The ideal candidate brings deep technology recruiting experience, strong sourcing instincts, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned U.S.-based technical, client-facing, and SG&A roles, from intake through offer close. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define talent needs, calibrate profiles, and align hiring plans to business priorities. Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies that generate strong pipelines across both active and passive talent markets. Evaluate candidates with a high bar for quality, ensuring alignment to role requirements, team needs, and long-term success. Drive search execution with urgency, discipline, and consistency to deliver strong candidate slates and reduce time to fill.
