Responsibilities: Attend to customer inquiries promptly and professionally across banking products, services, and digital platforms; troubleshoot common digital banking issues and provide immediate resolutions, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams where necessary Proactively engage customers to understand their banking needs and guide them on the bank's suite of digital offerings, including mobile banking, online banking, and cashless payment solutions; support customers through onboarding and encourage self-service adoption by clearly communicating the benefits and functionalities of each platform Maintain a comprehensive and current understanding of the bank's products, services, and digital features; keep abreast of new updates and enhancements to effectively advise customers and recommend the most suitable banking solutions based on their individual needs Foster strong and positive customer relationships through consistent, high-quality service; gather and channel customer feedback to support continuous improvement, and identify opportunities to cross-sell or refer customers to relevant internal specialists where appropriate Interested applicants please send your resume in MS Word format and attention it to Rachel Yeo (R22104385).
