Job Summary The Finance Executive is responsible for handling daily accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Handle full set or partial set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries. Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and customer accounts. Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Payroll & Compliance Support payroll processing and related statutory submissions. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements. Assist in preparing documents for audits, tax filings, and government reporting. Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Monitor company expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. Provide financial data and support to management when required. Administrative Support Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records. Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities. Perform other finance and administrative duties assigned by management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in F&B, Retail, or Multi-Outlet Operations. Familiarity with payroll processing and statutory submissions. Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
