Key Highlights Contract Duration: 1 year (12 months) Salary: Up to $3,450/month Work Location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore Role involves administrative, data entry, and basic finance support Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Provide general administrative support including preparing documents, reports and presentations Organise and maintain electronic filing systems to ensure proper storage and easy access Assist in coordinating meetings and events Data Entry & Records Management Perform accurate and consistent data entry tasks Update and correct data in Excel to ensure accuracy Compile and organise data for reports, presentations, and business needs Finance & Operations Support Assist with light bookkeeping tasks such as invoice and expense report review Projects & Ad-hoc Duties Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned Requirements Background in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and record keeping Good organisational and time management skills Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications Prior experience in administrative or operations role is an advantage Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
