Company Overview The company is a privately-held, Singapore-based independent real estate investment firm founded in 2011. It focuses on niche opportunities in various property sectors, specially commercial conservation shophouses, with a strong track record managing over 50 assets and preparing to launch Fund II targeting global institutional investors. Job Summary This role is ideal for candidates from real estate private equity, fund accounting, or investment management backgrounds who want to step into a broader, more strategic platform role with carry and long-term progression. Responsibilities: Investor Management: Meet with cross border potential investors to solicit investments into fund and manage investor relations. Market Research : Update and maintain investment database. Asset Management : Provide assistance in the business plan execution including leasing, refurbishment and enhancement, as well as disposition. Acquisition: Evaluate and execute potential new real estate investment opportunities. Financial Analysis : Perform various financial analyses for both potential investment opportunities and for assets currently within the company’s portfolio. Fund Reporting : Preparing investment committee memorandums, closing memorandums, quarterly fund reports and investment committee meeting minutes. Investment manager(s) will have the opportunity to work directly with senior management acquiring hands-on experience across the value creation process. They will be involved in various aspects of the business - including acquisition, strategic asset enhancement and marketing initiatives, to maximise potential investment value of the company’s property assets. Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in real estate / private equity of at least 8– 10 years highly preferred Degree in business, finance, real estate management or any other related field(s) is preferred Background in fund management or fund reporting is preferred Interest in real estate inv
