Position Summary The Executive Director will serve as the Company's senior representative in Singapore and selected international markets. The role is responsible for strengthening the Company's international contracting, financing, and partnership capabilities while supporting the Company's overseas business opportunities. The Executive Director will lead the Singapore platform in providing financing, contracting, strategic partnership, and international business support to the Company's global operations. The successful candidate will be a senior executive capable of engaging with clients, financial institutions, investors, government agencies, and strategic partners while coordinating resources across the Company's China headquarters and overseas operations. The role requires regular communication with senior executives and headquarters management in Mandarin and English, as well as frequent international travel, typically 6-8 times annually, depending on business needs, to support business development and project activities. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Serve as the Company's senior representative in Singapore and selected international markets. Advise the Company's executive leadership on international business opportunities, financing strategies, strategic partnerships, and market developments. Support the Company's long-term internationalization and capital development objectives. Identify opportunities to strengthen the Company's international contracting and financing platform. Financing & Capital Support Build and maintain relationships with banks, investment funds, export credit agencies, and other financing partners. Support the development of financing solutions for EPC projects across the power, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Coordinate financing strategies alongside business units, project teams, and external stakeholders. Expand the Company's financing network and enhance access to capital markets and project financing resources. Co
