Industry: Retail/ F&B Location: Central Position: HR Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager (20258) Job Description: 1. Payroll & Benefits Management Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Verify attendance, overtime, and allowance records for payroll. 2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination with hiring managers and recruitment agencies. Partner with operations managers on manpower planning and recruitment process improvements to support business growth and hiring effectiveness. 3. Compliance & Regulatory Requirements Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulatory requirements, including the administration of work pass applications and renewals. Support the development and updating of HR policies and procedures while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee and HR-related information. 4. Employee Relations Provide HR advisory support on employee matters, including leave, payroll, insurance, and grievance handling, ensuring timely and fair resolution of issues. Support employee engagement, internal communications, and retention initiatives while partnering with managers to foster a positive and productive workplace culture. 5. HR Administration & Employee Records Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR databases. Track leave records, medical claims, attendance, and scheduling. 6. Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinate onboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, contracts, and certifications. Handle offboarding procedures, ensuring proper documentation and clearance. 7. Ad Hoc Duties Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
