This is a perm hire role for one of our client in the Banking Sector Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) Required: Passed CACS Paper 1 & 2 Job Scope The Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) plays a critical support role in assisting Relationship Managers (RMs) to effectively manage Private Banking clients. This position encompasses a wide range of activities, including sales, customer service, and administration, ensuring seamless service delivery to clients and supporting RMs in meeting business objectives Job Description Client Relationship Management: Engage with clients to deepen relationships and enhance satisfaction, contributing to long-term client retention. Support for Client Onboarding & Account Servicing: Assist RMs in the onboarding of new clients and managing account servicing needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Administrative Support: Handle transaction processing, report generation, and manage sales/account information, all while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements. Sales & Cross-Selling: Support the development of Assets Under Management (AUM) by cross-selling products and referring account opportunities to RMs. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all actions align with internal controls, external regulations, and compliance standards, maintaining the highest level of service. Backup for RM: In the absence of an RM, act as the back-up to ensure uninterrupted client service and operational consistency. Qualifications & Educational Requirement Experience in private banking or financial services is preferred, though not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills.
