Job Description Drive and deliver international sales targets aligned with the company's global growth plan Own business development : lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and deal closure Identify and develop new LATAM markets , channels, and distributor partnerships Work closely with pre-sales and solution teams to deliver effective product demonstrations Build strong relationships with dealers, partners, and decision-makers across LATAM Execute end-to-end sales processes , coordinating internal and external stakeholders Support cross-selling opportunities with existing international customers Collaborate with marketing teams to design localized go-to-market strategies Possess working knowledge of import-export processes and international trade norms Track customer satisfaction post-delivery and ensure long-term account health Maintain MIS, CRM reports, forecasts, and pipeline visibility Ensure strong cross-functional alignment in the best interest of the business The Successful Applicant 8-12 years of international sales experience , with clear exposure to Latin American markets Fluency in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing) is non-negotiable Strong proficiency in English for internal and global communication Prior experience selling agricultural equipment, machinery, or related solutions An active network of dealer- and decision-maker-level contacts in LATAM Proven ability to work independently across geographies and cultures Exposure to CRM tools , structured sales reporting, and forecasting Strong negotiation, influence, and executive presence High comfort with 50% international travel MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute What's on Offer Ownership of a strategic international region with direct revenue impact Significant global exposure and autonomy in driving LATAM growth Opportunity to work with a technically strong, globally respected product portfolio Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment backed by seasoned leadership Competitive compensation aligned with international sales expertise Long-term career growth in a scaling global organization
