Job Description SCCM Administration and Configuration Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the SCCM/MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) environment Support ongoing updates, hotfixes, and system improvements Help maintain and optimize site components including management points and distribution points Software Deployment and Distribution Create, manage, and deploy applications, packages, and task sequences Assist in maintaining deployment schedules and ensuring successful software delivery Patch Management Manage and support patch deployment processes using SCCM and Patch My PC Monitor patch compliance and assist in remediation efforts Help maintain third-party application patching through Patch My PC Endpoint Management Manage device collections, configurations, and baselines Support compliance with IT policies and security standards Monitoring and Reporting Monitor SCCM environment health and performance Develop and maintain reports using SCCM data and custom SQL queries Assist in improving reporting accuracy and visibility across the environment Troubleshooting and Support Provide Level 2/3 support for SCCM-related issues Troubleshoot client and deployment issues Work with cross-functional IT teams to resolve technical problems Automation and Scripting Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to improve efficiency and automation Assist in streamlining operational processes Security and Compliance Support adherence to security policies and best practices Participate in audits and compliance checks The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: A degree in engineering, technology, or a related field. Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and electronics technology. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols. Strong written and verbal communication skills.Solid understanding of Microsoft SCCM (current branch) Experience with software deployment and patch management Hands-on experience with Patch My PC or similar third-party patching tools Experience writing and modifying SQL queries for SCCM reporting (SSRS or direct DB queries) Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting Familiarity with Windows OS deployment and management Basic understanding of networking and security principles What's on Offer A competitive salary package.
